Brittney - Owner & Founder
I started Thompson Cleaning Solutions in March 2024, seeking more time with my family and freedom from the corporate grind. What began as a small venture quickly blossomed into something beyond my wildest dreams. I’m incredibly blessed to work alongside friends and family, building a family-owned and operated business focused on providing exceptional service with heart.
Brooke
Brooke started working for Thompson Cleaning Solutions just a couple of months after I launched the business. She’s been with me the longest, aside from myself, and her commitment is truly unmatched. As my sister-in-law, she is both family and a vital part of the business. Brooke’s attention to detail and dependability are what make her such a standout, always willing to go the extra mile for our clients.
Stephanie
Stephanie has been with us since October 2024, and her work ethic and eye for detail are exceptional. Not only is she a close friend, but she’s also an incredible asset to our team. Stephanie genuinely cares about making clients happy, striving to exceed their expectations every time. And as a bonus, she makes the best chocolate chip cookies, which we all enjoy during breaks!
Shauna
Shauna joined our team bringing her passion for organization and clean spaces. As a busy homeschooling mom of two, she truly understands the importance of a fresh, tidy home that fits her family’s needs. Shauna takes pride in making homes feel comfortable, refreshed, and stress-free, whether it’s a deep clean or regular maintenance. Her attention to detail and willingness to help others make her a fantastic addition to the team.
Avery
Avery is our youngest team member, but don’t let that fool you—she’s dedicated, reliable, and has a keen eye for detail. As one of my nieces, Avery feels like a natural part of the business, and her enthusiasm for the work is infectious. She’s one of our newest hires, but her commitment to high standards has already made her a valued member of the team.
