I started Thompson Cleaning Solutions in March 2024, seeking more time with my family and freedom from the corporate grind. What began as a small venture quickly blossomed into something beyond my wildest dreams. I’m incredibly blessed to work alongside friends and family, building a family-owned and operated business focused on providing exceptional service with heart.
Brooke
Brooke started working for Thompson Cleaning Solutions just a couple of months after I launched the business. She’s been with me the longest, aside from myself, and her commitment is truly unmatched. As my sister-in-law, she is both family and a vital part of the business. Brooke’s attention to detail and dependability are what make her such a standout, always willing to go the extra mile for our clients.
Shauna
Shauna joined our team bringing her passion for organization and clean spaces. As a busy homeschooling mom of two, she truly understands the importance of a fresh, tidy home that fits her family’s needs. Shauna takes pride in making homes feel comfortable, refreshed, and stress-free, whether it’s a deep clean or regular maintenance. Avery is our youngest team member, but don’t let that fool you—she’s dedicated, reliable, and has a keen eye for detail. As one of my nieces, Avery feels like a natural part of the business, and her enthusiasm for the work is infectious. She’s one of our newest hires, but her commitment to high standards has already made her a valued member of the team.
